Delivery and Returns

All orders placed before 12 noon will be sent the same day. All orders placed after 12 noon will leave the following day. Any questions, please call our sales line – 01296 674099.

* Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm (No deliveries on weekends or Bank holidays).
* Bespoke & specially manufactured items may vary.
* Please note: unless otherwise stated, we endeavour to send all orders on an overnight carrier.

All goods must be returned at the customer’s cost. A refund will be given for undamaged goods within the stated return period (14 days).

All returns must be logged via the returns email within 14 days of delivery. Any claims outside this time will not be eligible for a refund.

All returned goods will be subject to a 25% restocking charge to come off the end refund unless goods are deemed faulty.
